Los story cubes se pueden utilizar de múltiples maneras como por ejemplo: para trabajar las partes de un cuento, ejercitar la escritura creativa, la oralidad, incluso la motricidad, si les pedimos a los estudiantes que armen los cubos, entre otras. 
En mi caso, los cree para trabajar la caligrafía, para esto, se les entregan los cubos y se les pide que creen diferentes oraciones con las imágenes que les van apareciendo, luego se les entregan rieles de caligrafía en los cuales deben escribir sus historias. 

This is a cool hands on activity to work number sense and counting up to 10. The document have two different templates: one up to 6 and another up to 10. I printed a couple of each, laminated them and use them in centers according to the group's skills. Using connecting cubes, they have to build a tower using the amount given. They really enjoyed doing this as the connecting cubes are fun to use! It's also great for working fine motor skills!

This worksheet is a very simple way to work measurement. All you need is to print the worksheet, the cards, and give your students some measurement unit (I laminated the cards to reuse them many times). We use connecting cubes as a measurement unit, but you can use paper clips, legos, little erasers, etc. They have to use the measurement unit to measure the picture on the card, then trace the word and write the number of units the picture measured. My students had a great time doing this activity and it helped them a lot to practice measurement!
