I did this resource to evaluate in a fun way two different characteristics of animals learned in class. I personally did it in first grade and it worked nicely. They had lots of fun and they got great grades!

Match and Cover is a fun way to work phonetic awareness. Kids have to identify each picture's beginning sound and cover it with according to the letter's color code. You can use anything to do it! Blocks, buttons, play dough balls, pom poms, etc. 

This Math Trivia covers all 1st grade contents. It is a very fun and exciting way to review! I gave each student a little whiteboard where they had to write their answer. Every question slide is followed by an answer slide. The Trivia includes: numbers up to 100, compare and order numbers, skip counting by 2s, 5s and 10s, straight and curved lines, interpret pictograph data, addition and subtraction.

Pueden imprimir en papel más duro tipo opalina o imprimir en hoja normal y laminar para mayor durabilidad. Recortar y pegar en palitos de helado para tener unas bellas marionetas que pueden utilizar con sus alumn@s o en sus terapias para expresar las emociones con el monstruo de colores.

Great craft to do with students about seasons and which months each season covers here in our county. I used it in Science but you can use it as well in English.
The materials you'll need are:
-scissors
-glue
-color pencils/markers/crayons
-golden pin to put both wheels together in the middle and make them spin.

Use this exit ticket to work with muscles!
Students have to understand that muscles cover and protect the bones.
Fun facts are great! Let them guess how many bones and muscles are in their body!
