Before students start completing their project about chilean endangered animals, here is a worksheet that they can use to organize their information. This way, you can help them with the spelling and writing, and in the final copy, they have less mistakes.

This project is about Endangered Animals. I used it to work with chilean animals, but you can use it for any endangered animal. 

Give your students the chance to choose their groups of 3-4 friends, and allow them to search information in the library, computers or their home. I did a research on my own, and gave them a piece of paper with some facts, so they can have just in case they did not find everything they needed. 
The idea is to complete the Project and then present it to the rest of the classroom ins groups. Give them some time to practice!

The following infographic contains information in order to call the attention of the audience about the problem that is happening in our planet: deforestation. This poster is focused in taking care of the biodiversity and a call for taking action and inform about it.

The following lesson has as an objective to review the three main theories of evolution: Fixism, Lamarckism and Darwinism (Natural Selection). The presentation starts with some definitions of concepts that must have been acquired for now and may be helpful. It continues with a question in order to rise previous knowledge about evolution and how it happened. Then, the three theories are studied with examples and definitions. The one that has more content is Darwinism because the types of selections (stabilising, directional, disruptive and artificial) are shown with graphs. As closure, a small question is made about antibiotic resistance and a fun evaluated activity is proposed in order to evaluate the theories of evolution.

Esta actividad está enfocada en el contenido de Ciencias Naturales relacionado a la unidad de animales, específicamente a la investigación de animales en peligro de extinción. Tiene espacios de dibujo para el animal y su hábitat y además información variada de las características del animal.

Siempre es mejor usar el tiempo en actividades entretenidas que en escribir tanto en el cuaderno, por eso les dejo está guía simple para que los niños solo dibujen el animal y lean la razón cortita de su peligro de extinción.

Es muy útil para el estudio, también para hacer un cierre de la clase haciendo y leyendo la guía en conjunto.
