This worksheet is useful for students to do a "round up" of everything they learnt during the unit, about the water cycle and its stages. It is also useful for students to reflect and purpose concrete actions they could take to save water.

Great way to explain the water cycle. You just need a ziploc bag and markers.

This activity will let us learn about the damage that the trash makes to ocean and for the animals that lives there. It is importante to create this awareness since a young age in order to make them respect the water and the living things that are in there.
First you will watch a video called "A whale´s tale" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xFPoIU5iiYQ and after that you will have to print a worksheet and circle the thing that can damage the ocean!!

Let´s all work together to take care of the water!!!

CN02OA09 Observe and describe some water characteristics, such as flowing, adapting, freezing, dissolving; some properties as being transparent, colorless and odorless.
This worksheet was made to identify the water properties. The students have to observe the images and label the pictures using the words from the wordbank.

Once they have learnt the main characteristics and properties of water, students apply their knowledge by recognizing the statements that are true about water, and correcting the false ones. 

This is a small experiment/lab you can use to work on the effects of water on different materials!
Before starting the experiment, you can also show other objects that are not in the worksheet and ask what they think it will happen, and then actually showing them what happens. Then, explain what they have to do in the experiment so they can work on it. 

This worksheet was done with my friend Carmen Ortúzar.

With this activity, teach the different changes in water states (evaporation, solidification,  fusion and condensation).

Student must  cut each example of the second page out and paste it in the correct phase change column.

Hola, espero se encuentren bien! Hoy les traigo un divertido Juego en inglés con adivinanzas de los Animales marinos para los niños! Este recurso educativo musicalizado tiene el objetivo de trabajar las habilidades básicas de atención visual, agilidad mental, vocabulario. (puedes desactivar la música)

Contiene 30 preguntas ubicadas en ostras, el niñ@ debe escoger un número y este nos llevará a una pregunta sobre que animal marino se está hablando, cada una contiene una sombra, una descripción y si presionas en PICTURE saldrá el Animal acuático con una pequeña animación, vienen con 3 opciones de respuesta, la correcta emite un sonido de alegría y si presionan la incorrecta sonara error y te permitirá seguir participando. Para volver al inicio se debe dar click en la flecha negra ubicada en la parte inferior izquierda y le damos la oportunidad a otro estudiante a que elija un nuevo Animal Marino.
¡Pon a prueba la atención y la rapidez mental!

En lo personal lo use también para preguntar que tipo de animal es, sus características, realizaran una descripción, oraciones con ellos etc permitiendo expresaran que conocimientos tienen sobre el. Puedes trabajarlo de diferentes formas según la edad y grado, creando un ambiente de aprendizaje practico y divertido.

Powerpoint de mi autoria totalmente editable por si deseas cambiar las descripciones, imágenes o trabajarlo con otro tema. Actividad ideal para realizar antes o al finalizar una clase. Se puede trabajar proyectándola en clase presencial, imprimiendo en láminas y plastificando o compartiéndolo por clase virtual. (Recuerda que para que la animación funcione correctamente debe estar en modo presentación con diapositivas). Espero se diviertan!
