Que tus alumnos aprendan el vocabulario de la ropa armando su propio clóset.

Esta guía puede ser pegada en el cuaderno o que sea un repaso para la casa, no sólo ayudando a que estudien, sino que lo pasen bien en el proceso. Contiene el vocabulario básico sobre la ropa (obtenido del libro del MINEDUC, 2º básico).

Recomiendo que sea impresa en doble hoja, así no es tan difícil para los estudiantes armarla.

Clase completa con warm up, desarrollo, close y homework de tecnología. 
Clase conversacional para adolescentes y para personas mayores con un nivel de inglés básico a intermedio/avanzado.

Este juego lo usé en una sesión de zoom de convivencia con el curso, el power point incluye fotos de un acercamiento o ''close up'' de un objeto que los alumnos deberán tratar de adivinar a qué pertenece.

Since the topic about Medieval Times can be very challenging sometimes, I prepared a review class before the test.

This content is confusing because of the vocabulary involved and also, because it is difficult for them to feel it as something close or familiar.

This is the reason why I recommend this review to see if they learned and to solve any possible doubts or questions.

This PPT was seen altogether after the classes 1 and 2.

This Power Point is about Prepositions of place (above, below, next to, etc) and how we can use them in sentences to indicate the position of places in relation to others. 
For example: The bank is close to the cafe.

This Power Point was created in order to work with 6th grade students in the Story Plot topic.

This material was used in 2/3 different classes because it is long and it requires a lot of work from them.

The idea is that they discuss about the previous knowledge about story parts and then, they come closer to each one of them and get to understand their definitions and which elements they include.

I selected two Pixar short stories but you can use any other story.

What a fun game to play! The classic memory match game, only this time, it helps us to work on addition with visual representation and the addition fact.

Instructions for the teacher:
-Print the first 2 pages of dominoes and addition facts to practice sum up to 9.
-Print the 4 pages of dominoes and addition facts to practice sum up to 18.
-I always recommend to cut only the boarders and paste them on construction paper. After that I cut each card and laminate it so they can last.
-Make as much copies as groups of students.
-Keep the cards organize separating them with clips or elastic bands.

Instructions for the game:
-Divide the classroom in groups of 3-4 students, give each group a set of cards.
-The students have to lay all of the cards upside-down on the table and mix them up.
-For deciding on which students start, I usually use different techniques (e.g: the oldest on the group, the one with the closer birthday, the one with fewer siblings, the one with more pets, etc) or they can choose.
-Each turn the student have to pick 2 cards, if they get a matching pair they keep it, and if not, they have to return the cards to the group.

The student with more pairs wins!

This Power Point is about Total Physical Response.

TPR is an approach to teaching language based on the idea that if you have to do something physical in response to language, then learning is more meaningful, and you also learn faster. This helps to memorize vocabulary in an easier and faster way.

Here there are some of the basic tpr movements that I commonly use with my prekinder and kinder students. They totally love them! 
One step forward is to use them for daily routines without the ppt. For example: Clap your hands if you are a girl, close your eyes if you finish your work, etc.
