This Power Point was created to introduce the concept of Story Plot parts with 6th grade students.

The idea is that, before getting to know each specific part, they remember the main story elements they have learned before such as setting, characters, beginning, middle and end.

At the end, they watch a short film and they have to first; identify the elements we learned in this specific story and then, write their own interpretation of the story (including the elements they planned before).

This Power Point was created in order to work with 6th grade students in the Story Plot topic.

This material was used in 2/3 different classes because it is long and it requires a lot of work from them.

The idea is that they discuss about the previous knowledge about story parts and then, they come closer to each one of them and get to understand their definitions and which elements they include.

I selected two Pixar short stories but you can use any other story.

This is a Power Point about Travel Brochures.

The idea is that students get familiarized with the definition and elements they must include in order to reach their advertising aim.

Also, they have to choose a place, think about that place by answering some questions and then finally, write their own travel brochure.

Esta es una planificación basa en las capas de la Tierra y erosión de la unidad 1 de ciencias naturales, curso 6th grade. 

Contiende objetivos por clases, actividades independientes que desarrollan los niños y los recursos que se necesitan. 

Prueba unidad 1 para 6to básico, puedes evaluar contenido relacionado con la comida, la evaluación tiene como objetivo que los estudiantes sean capaces de manejar vocabulario relacionado con la unidad, que sean capaces de expresar d emanera escrita gustos y preferencias relacionada con la comida, también puedes evaluar comprensión lectora con un pequeño ejercicio de reading al final de la evaluación. Espero les sirva.

Esta guía de trabajo en clases fomenta el trabajo en equipo mediante la práctica de un diálogo que permite desarrollar la habilidad de "speaking" a su vez trabajarán las preposiciones de lugar, (al lado, en medio de, en frente de) y finalmente en la imagen deberán señalar o especificar los lugares que frecuentan en el día a día, (cinema, park, school, library) . This is a summary of a writing class with a 6th grade in which we shared and discussed which are the most important things to keep in mind when we write. 

This was the result and I think it can be very useful to make sure students remember the most important aspects before they start a writing task and they start transforming them in writing habits in the future.
