El siguiente recurso proporciona información sobre la estructura de una oración en la forma negativa, afirmativa e interrogativa. La finalidad de este material, es para poder utilizarlo como un modelo en el salón de clases que pueda guiar de manera rápida a los estudiantes en la realización de ejercicios "Put in order".

This resource can be used as a worksheet or as a quiz about parts of a plant. Students apply vocabulary and some key words from the unit, to show their knowledge about the structure of a flowering plant and the function of each of its parts.

CN03 OA03: Observe and describe some changes that plants go through during their life cycle (germination, growth, reproduction, among others).

This assessment is to evaluate how students are learning the main concepts of the unit. It includes parts of a plant and their functions, parts of a flower and their functions, reproduction, germination and pollination, among other topics.

La taxonomía SOLO (Structure of Observed Learning Outcome) elaborada por Biggs y Collis en 1982, se basa en la importancia de analizar y reflexionar sobre los resultados observables del aprendizaje que los sitúa en niveles de complejidad cognitiva ascendente, tal y como se observa en la imagen, ideal para complementar con la taxonomía de Bloom.

Objective: Identify parts of a sentence.

Once they have learn about the structure of a sentence, and once they are able to identify nouns and verbs, students can use this worksheet to apply what they have learnt, by identifying the naming (who) and telling (what) part of a sentence. 
They need to color the naming part with blue and the telling part with red.

In this lesson, students will know the structure of the future tense using the Will and the expression Going To, it contains exercises to improve oral communication, but it also could apply a grammatical approach.

CN03 OA: Observe and describe some changes that plants go through during their life cycle (germination, growth, reproduction, among others).

On this project, students get in the role of Scientists and follow every single step of the Scientific Method, in a guided way. They ask a question (guided), formulate an hypothesis (guided) and plant two seeds and expose them to different environments. They have to observe them and record their observations on a chart. Finally, they establish a conclusion and finally they do a final reflection. 

For younger children this project needs to be constantly guided by the teacher.
