Touch Math: Material de conteo

El siguiente recurso está basado en una metodología de enseñanza de los números, la cardinalidad y el conteo, pensado en estudiantes Síndrome de Down. Esto es, porque para ellos y ellas es más fácil relacionar un contenido y/o habilidad a partir del movimiento y la manipulación.
¿Cómo funciona?
El estudiante cuenta cada número tocando los círculos que éste contiene, desde el 5 en adelante, éstos tienen doble círculo, por lo tanto, deben tocar dos veces la misma figura. ¡A mi me ha servido muchísimo! Espero que a tí también.

Exploring the topic of 5 senses is amazing! There is so much to do!
That's why, I am leaving an assessment that you can also use as a project or activity in class. 
The idea is that you make 5 groups in your class, each group with a different sense. They have to complete the information and decorate it as they want. 

I did this activity with my friend Carmen Ortúzar.

Método de trabajo para asociación del número con la cantidad y como herramienta para pasar a la suma lineal y vertical.
Su objetivo es desarrollar conceptos de aprendizaje innovador con un enfoque multisensorial, secuencial que busca mejorar la comprensión y dominio de las matemáticas, logrando el pensamiento matemático abstracto.

This game is called RUN AND TOUCH.

It was used at the end of the first semester of prekinder, after students were able to recognize and name different objects, colors and numbers.

This PPT shows examples of "Naming and Telling Part". You can elicit body parts vocabulary and ask students to make more sentences. You will also find a game: students should read the phrase, run and touch the correct answer. Feel free to add more pictures.

Another worksheet you can use to practise naming and telling part. The students have to read the sentences and underline the N&T using different colors. I wrote short sentences related to animals.
It would be good to start with a tpr activity to remind them about this topic:
touch your head if I say a naming part or touch your knees if I say a telling part.

I use it with synonyms, but you can try with different vocabulary. Students spin the wheel and click on the corresponding color/number. Then, they have to read the word and touch or step on the synonym that is already pasted on the floor. 

I prepared this presentation to introduce adverbs. The students will see the difference between a sentence with and without an adverb. At last you will find a game. This is how I do it: I choose two students who read the sentences, run and touch the correct option. They normally use a flyswatter to touch the answer!
