My students loved this activity. Is a very simple and fun way to work and understand capacity! You need the worksheet, a little bowl, little plate, bottle, a plastic cup, small bucket and a bunch of marbles or pompons. I did this activity as a center, so students had to count how many marbles could fit in each container. They had to trace the word, draw the amount of marbles and write the number for each container.

This worksheet contains different word problems to practice the measurement of time and length. 

This list contains several abbreviations that are written and used in books as you study. Whenever you are studying/reading you come across abbreviations that you may not know and it is useful when you have a list to check them.

This resource contains days of the week and weather vocabulary with audio. You can teach the days of the week an listen to the pronunciation is the weather. I'm glad to share. You can share with your students.

This file contains 3 different versions of the worksheet. The difference is in the difficulty, so you can pick the one that fits best your students or differentiate the activity by groups (I use it like that). I gave each group a set of pictures and they had to write sentences about them. Ask your kids to try silly sentences, they love it!
