Hola colegas a continuación les comparto un PPT en donde se enseña cómo describir de forma muy simple a una persona en inglés utilizando solo dos verbos: el verbo To BE y el verbo To Have. Además en este PPT los niños aprenderán algunos adjetivos para describir personas y las partes del cuerpo. Es un PPT interactivo en donde los estudiantes repiten, practican pronunciación, realizan actividades de escritura en su cuaderno y también se anexa un texto para trabajar la comprensión lectora.

I made this PPT to introduce simple present. It is focused on how animals move.
I explained  that if there is one animal in the naming part, they have to add an S to the action. If there are more than one animal, they don't do anything to the verb.

Objective: Apply past, present and future tenses to real life.

At the end of the semester, have students work on a timeline about their own lives. They will need to apply past, present and future to their real life (what they did/liked/disliked/etc. in the past, what they do/like/dislike/etc. in the present, and what they want to do in the future). They will also have to build the timeline correctly, colour it, paste pictures, make drawings, etc. and finally they will present it to their classmates. 
This is a good way to engage students by relating what they have learnt to real situations, it is an activity that they enjoy a lot while working on it. They also enjoy a lot telling their classmates and teacher about themselves. 
An evaluation guideline is included at the end of the document.

Let's write verbs in present and past tense!
This activity is a fun game for students and you only need this worksheet and a dice. The students have to roll the dice and write the present and past tense of the verb. Then, they have to make sentences and drawings according to the number that appears. 

Objective: Apply present continuous.

Once students have learnt that present continuous is used for actions that are taking place on the current moment, students complete this worksheet to apply present continuous.
The idea of showing ridiculous situations is to engage students and give examples of things they would be impressed or laugh about if they saw them, and "predict" what they would probably say if they did.
For example, if they saw a giraffe singing, they would probably say "Look at the giraffe, it is singing!!". They would probably not say "Look the giraffe sings!", so that is the intention of the pictures.

Objective: Understand and apply subject-verb agreement on a sentence.

This idea was taken from Pinterest. It is a fun activity that students enjoy a lot, because it is a different way to learn and apply grammar rules, rather than completing a worksheet. Besides, children love pizza! So they get really engaged with the activity by just looking at the title. They need to "build" the slice of pizza by pasting the pepperonis as flaps on the corresponding spaces, and following the instructions. They must also colour the pepperonis and the slice of pizza.
Make sure you review the content before having the students work on the craft. 
There is a picture on two of the pepperonis (they have different sizes), and students need to write a coherent sentence, according to each picture, on the corresponding space, and then they need to paste the pepperoni as a "flap" on its space (for example, if there is one dog running on one of the pepperonis, they need to write "The dog runS" on the space of that pepperoni). 
There is one of the pepperonis that does not have a picture, because students need to create their own picture and sentence.
