The students already know some antonyms. The next step could be asking them to rewrite sentences using opposites. I wrote the opposites, but you can erase them and make it more challenging for your students. You can also remind them to use capital letter at the beginning and a period at the end of a sentence.

Worksheet to practise future simple. The main question is: what will you do in the future? Start asking this to  your students, you can also model the answer so they just have to change the profession. I will be a dancer. I will be a doctor. I will be a teacher.
The students have to unsrcamble the words to create a sentence. It is good when your students have just started writing sentences.

Me parece que el recurso es clásico pero a su vez muy util. Los estudiantes se involucraron, y les pareció fácil de utilizar. Además, sí considero que fue suficiente para sus necesidades.

Set a timer and have your students try to discover the secret sentences as fast as possible. Then, have them draw a picture to represent the sentences, to make sure they understood the meaning. The first student to correctly discover the sentences and draw the correct pictures, wins!
It is a different and fun way to practice writing sentences. Students really enjoy competitions and timed challenges.

The main objective is to put the words in order to create sentences. It is good when your students just start practising writing. I normally pre-teach some vocabulary and then ask them to do this type of activity.

I always ask my students to write sentences with the new vocabulary. It doesn't matter if the sentences are short. They just need to stop feeling afraid of writing. They think is too difficult.
My task is to change their minds. One way to do it is by showing them pictures. They'll have 1 minute to write a sentence (using a timer can make it funnier).
If they don't know how to do it, try giving them examples.
I recommend grouping the pictures by topic: animals, feelings, weather, etc.
The picture is from Kidaha Pixabay

This file contains 3 different versions of the worksheet. The difference is in the difficulty, so you can pick the one that fits best your students or differentiate the activity by groups (I use it like that). I gave each group a set of pictures and they had to write sentences about them. Ask your kids to try silly sentences, they love it!

This presentation is a great way to get your students confident in sentence writing! It includes different sentence starters and pictures. I gave each student a little whiteboard and presented a sentence starter. They had to try to write something using that sentence starter according to the picture on the slide. Repeat with the rest of the sentence starters.

This UFLI Foundations Aligned irregular heart word mat is the perfect way to review and consolidate those tricky sight words after direct instruction in the classroom. Reading, spelling, fine motor skills and sentence writing are all targeted in this
activity.
You can print the heart words, students can place
them on the mat and follow the instructions.
Put the mat in a plastic document bag to use it several times.
You could also print the heart word cards and create a memory game. The game starts with all the cards face down and players take turns to turn over two cards.
If they can find the same word and read it, they get to keep the cards!
The person with the most cards at the end of the game will be the winner!
