Let's study the school places!
With this worksheet your students will be able to study all the places at school (library, classroom, restroom, playground, cafeteria, principal's office) and practice the content with an activity. 

This PPT presentation was used during online lessons. The students had to repeat the school places mentioned (principal's office, playground, library, etc.) and then draw a picture of their favorite place at school with the sentence "My favorite place at school is ________________"

This resource includes 9 different versions and a division to represent numbers bigger than 100 (hundreds, tens and ones) and another to represent numbers smaller than 100 (tens and ones).

Este recurso está basado en el vocabulario de la unidad 1 de los contenidos de inglés del mineduc (unit 1 - at school!).
En esta actividad, se deberá comenzando recortando y pegando la segunda página de la guía, trabajando el vocabulario y pintando los objetos.
Una vez terminado eso, se pinta recorta la primera hoja. Al momento de pegarla, sólo se debe colocar pegamento en la parte de arriba (o corchetearla) para así crear el efecto de que la mochila se cierra y abre.

Today I share with you a successful idea if you are planning an English Day at school. We invited our students and teachers to write as many words as they knew in English.

Last year our theme for the English Day was Celebrities, this is why we made with cardboard some Oscar's prize. 

In this presentation, we will learn about the good habits that should be practiced both at home and at school. Good manners teach us to be better individuals and to make those around us feel better. This presentation includes a book to read with the class and a very rewarding and meaningful activity for everyone.

Un juego divertido sobre los útiles escolares al estilo del popular juego "Cien latinos dicen". Los estudiantes jugarán en equipos e intentarán responder las preguntas sobre asignaturas, objetos escolares y personas que uno encuentra en el colegio.  El contenido de la actividad esta según el libro Gateway to the World de Macmillan Education considerando la Unit II: At the school.

This Power Point was used to introduce the vocabulary of Our Body in a Prekinder (non bilingual school)

At first, you show each one of the body parts and say the name out loud. Student must repeat and point in their own bodies, the part that they are seeing.
After that, you choose some random students to come to the board and circle or cross some specific body part.

At the end, they have to come and point the body part that the teacher says.

This Power Point was used to introduce the vocabulary of Boy and Girl in a Prekinder (non bilingual school)

At first, you show each one of the genders and say the name out loud. Student must repeat and do the mimicry that the teacher does. This helps them to remember.

After that, you choose some random students to come to the board and point with some picture work.
At the end, there is a questions game with: Can you show me a girl/boy in this table?
