This document discusses the difference between the simple past and present perfect tenses in English. The simple past is used for actions completed in the past, while the present perfect connects the past to the present by describing actions that began in the past but continue to the present day or may happen again. Examples are provided to illustrate when to use each tense and how the tense affects the meaning of a sentence.

I prepared this presentation to introduce adverbs. The students will see the difference between a sentence with and without an adverb. At last you will find a game. This is how I do it: I choose two students who read the sentences, run and touch the correct option. They normally use a flyswatter to touch the answer!
Send me a message and I'll send you the PPT.

FAMILY MEMBERS

With this template you can introduce family members,  just color each picture.  Then cut each form,  cut the diagonal line between each picture  on the picture template, until the center of the picture, so you can fold and see the words  behind each one.
You have to paste the picture template with the template that has the words only in the center that says "family member), It will look like a flower.  Hope I´ve explained myself.

Compound Words
This idea is from https://ofamilylearningtogether.com/
It is important to have a diverse set of activities in order to maximaze the learning opportunities. I like the link you can make between pictures and words. Just don't forget to use English as much as you can! Instructions, questions, etc. It may be good to ask them to spell the words.
