This material has been designed for children from 2 years old. It contains a wide variety of graphics and activities, specially designed for them. Its purpose is to allow children to develop their psychomotor skills, while having fun learning.
 

In this edition, children will get to know the solar system and the planets, while they carry out a series of fun activities and exercises.

En esta presentación en ingles acerca del sistema solar, encontraras información acerca de los planetas que lo conforman, y 2 juegos para repasar lo aprendido en clase. 

This project is to be completed during all the unit of Solar System.
You might want to complement it with videos and Power Points, or any other source of information, because the idea is for students to take notes of thing that catch their attention about the Sun and Planets, and in the end they just colour and "build" the fact fan. If you want students to research, this is also a perfect project to get students started on it, but it needs to be really guided and give them the sources of information, to make sure they are reliable.
My 3rd graders really enjoyed this project, they learnt to take notes and they also acquired more autonomy.

They way I did it, was that I gave them 2 options: The fact fan (this project) and also a mobile (that is also uploaded) and they chose the one they wanted to do. Both booklets are organized in such a way that students have to do exactly the same thing in both, but the "format" of the final project changes. Students were also very enthusiastic about having the option to choose their final project.

Esta clase fue diseñada para hablar, explicar y entender como esta conformado básicamente nuestro sistema solar y para practicar el idioma. los planetas están divididos en planetas terrestre  y jovianos así como las características de cada uno de ellos. Cierre de clase con quiz.

Para la unidad de Sistema Solar en 3ro básico, l@s estudiantes elaborarán un modelo, pero antes de ello, planificarán cómo les gustaría que fuera. 
Esta guía de trabajo busca reforzar el trabajo riguroso y perseverante para lograr los aprendizajes de la asignatura.

El sistema solar se compone de una estrella, el Sol, alrededor del cual giran ocho planetas. He preparado un pack de material educativo para aprender el sistema solar para niños. Mediante fichas y flashcards, los niños pueden aprender los nombres de los planetas y curiosidades sobre ellos y sobre todo el sistema solar.
