"Could" es vital en inglés porque expresa posibilidad, habilidad en el pasado y solicitudes educadas. Ejemplos: I could swim as a child (habilidad pasada) y Could you help me? (petición formal). Su uso en condicionales y sugerencias lo hace esencial para la comunicación efectiva en inglés.

This document discusses the modal verbs "could" and "should". Could is used to express abilities in the past, permission, and future possibility with more uncertainty than "may". Could expresses an idea or option without imposing judgment. Should is used to give advice, express expectations, and suggest a less strong possibility. Should expresses one's opinion on an action to take, such as advice between peers or family.

This activity could be used for any vocabulary words. You have to project the image and freeze it. You may have two teams and by turns each student has a flyswatter or mata mosca. You read a definition or say a word, the first person to hit the word wins. 

This gallery walk could be used for any vocabulary you need to teach. You have to stick all around the classroom the vocabulary words and students must write in each paper a sentence, image or example. 

This written assignment could be used for any grammar taught. Every student will receive an image of a non fictional character. One student will receive barbie and another Ken, they must find each other and write a break up letter. After they are done, they must peer review. 

The students already know some antonyms. The next step could be asking them to rewrite sentences using opposites. I wrote the opposites, but you can erase them and make it more challenging for your students. You can also remind them to use capital letter at the beginning and a period at the end of a sentence.

I used this activity for a character analysis, this could be used for any novel. What really engaged my students at first was the name of the activity. If you want to add more body parts you can or students could think of some.
