Este recurso es un ppt en donde confeccioné un juego de memoria con algunas acciones. Lo desarrollé en primer ciclo y en quinto básico con gran éxito, cuando el alumno encuentra la pareja debe decir cómo se dice esa acción en inglés y luego pedir a los estudiantes que escriban una oración utilizando ese verbo. Las tarjetas están compuestas de imágenes de acciones por lo que el estudiante debe decir que acción es y luego todo el curso escribir oraciones en relación a ese verbo.

Buenas tardes a continuación les comparto una sopa de letras que realicé para trabajarla en quinto año básico con la segunda unidad "The place where I live" en donde se habla de la casa y actividades realizadas allí.  En la sopa de letras los estudiantes deben buscar quince acciones o verbos en tiempo presente y en inglés y  luego deben escribirlas en español, posteriormente deben hacer algunas oraciones con algunos verbos encontrados utilizando el tiempo presente o el presente continuo. Espero les sirva esta guía.

This test measures knowledge of personal pronouns and verbs. Students will need to identify the pronouns corresponding to each image, as well as the verbs. They should complete the assessment silently and respect their classmates to create a conducive environment.

This Power Point is the second part of Total Physical Response routines. This are more elaborated responses and associated to each one of the body parts.

TPR is an approach to teaching language based on the idea that if you have to do something physical in response to language, then learning is more meaningful, and you also learn faster. This helps to memorize vocabulary in an easier and faster way.

Here there are some of the basic tpr movements that I commonly use with my kinder students. They totally love them!
One step forward is to use them for daily routines without the ppt. For example: Clap your hands if you are a girl, close your eyes if you finish your work, etc.
