This mat is a great and fun way to practice/review decomposing numbers. I printed 6 mats, laminated them and used them in centers. This resource also includes number cards from 1 to 100, which I also printed and laminated them. In the center, students have to take a number, place it in the "number place" and complete the number bond, then frame and addition using a dry erase marker. You can select the number range you want to use for your class according to the student's age.

Ten frame is the best tool to help students understand counting, addition and substraction. Most importantly, it allows them to practice menthal math and to subitize (instantly see how many of something there is).
With this worksheet students can practice addition with the ten frames. It includes and answer key for them to check their work.

This writing project has been design as a first writing experience. I invite my students to think about their favorite o dreamed pet and describe it. For the descriptions, I give them some sentence frame and options.

Es una imagen con una animación.
Este tipo de imagen primero tiene un formato gif y esta compuesta de varias imágenes o frame, se van colocando una sobre otra en orden de esta forma crear el gif animado. Hay programas o paginas web que nos ayudan a realizar este tipo de imágenes con animación.
Pero en PowerPoint también puedes crear imágenes gif y en muy pocos pasos.

This is a very fun activity! Every year my students enjoy it a lot.

If you are learning names of means of transportation, this is an excellent game. Students have to listen carefully, guess which mean of transportation it is and name it out loud. I usually ask them to answer using a sentence frame (for example, "it is an airplane"; or "I hear a car".)
