Regular and Irregular Verbs
ProfeCoins 10
Resource type Worksheet
Recommended age 7 - 9 years
File information pdf, 1 pages, 206 KB
Download
Objective: Identify regular and irregular verbs - Write verbs in past tense.

Your class has to watch the following videos before doing this worksheet:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jxl28KQOHy4

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aj632WmQnZc

Have your students watch the videos two or three times before doing the worksheet. It is probably better if you watch and discuss the videos in the previous lesson, and not in the same one you will do this worksheet.

The idea of this worksheet is for students to relate regular verbs to "Ed the Time Traveler" and irregular verbs to "Irregular Sue", and circle the corresponding character, depending on whether the verb is regular or irregular. They also need to write the verbs in past tense.
