¡The perfect activity to practice how to convert improper fractions to mixed numbers! With this resource you get acces to 30 task cards that exercise the proper transoformation from improper fractions to mixed numbers and the other way around. It also includes an answer grid so the students can write down the answer for each card and ideas on how to use this resource (i recommend it for centers)

 Disclaimer: I downloaded this resource from superteacherworksheets with a paid account. 

This resource worked really good with my class as a math center. I printed and laminated the little barns and gave each student a little plate with raw spaghetti as hay. They had to take a barn and put the amount of "hay" the number is indicating. It was a very fun hands on activity and they had so much fun counting the hay!

This activity is great for working in centers to learn about feelings and identifying them. I printed and laminated some copies of both templates and use them as playdough mats (you can also put them in clear pouches and have your kids draw the feelings with dry erase markers). I use them with a dice of feelings (a spinner also works). Kids have to look at the feeling and reproduce it on the face. I was very keen on having them notice how the eye brows can completely change an expression and they loved it!

This is a cool hands on activity to work number sense and counting up to 10. The document have two different templates: one up to 6 and another up to 10. I printed a couple of each, laminated them and use them in centers according to the group's skills. Using connecting cubes, they have to build a tower using the amount given. They really enjoyed doing this as the connecting cubes are fun to use! It's also great for working fine motor skills!
